Before

Sometimes you have to experience it first hand to believe it.
Made a few simple changes and the result saved my life:
The 2 year scary growing mole on my face vanished.
Frequent body rashes went away.
3 year of persistent cough at night suddenly stopped.
No longer short of breath after 3 meter jog.
Seasonal allergies (stuffy and runny nose, dry mouth on waking, constant sneezing, itching) gone.
There is hope and I can finally have a good night sleep.
The relief I felt when this happened to my kids:
Eczema resolved and was clear for 2 year straight! A miracle!
Monthly nosebleeds became a thing in the past.
Restful night of sleep, no more itching and scratching.
Improved mood instead of being irritable.
More calm and able to focus on school.
Going from a getting sick a few times to maybe once a year.
After

I watched women come in over and over again.
Same symptoms.
Same struggles.
Same “solutions.”
Quick fixes. Temporary relief. Nothing that truly healed them.
And the hardest part?
Their declining health didn’t just affect them — it affected their children, their families, their futures.
I didn’t fully understand how deep this went… until it became personal.
My mom endured Parkinson’s disease for over 20 years. I watched her health slowly decline. She passed of stage 4 gallbladder cancer. I've seen how much chronic disease impacted our family.
Growing up, my sister struggled with eczema. The solution? Creams. Prescriptions. More creams.
Years later, history repeated itself. Both of my daughters suffered from persistent eczema. Despite all my medical training, I felt helpless. I was doing everything I had been taught — yet nothing was working. At the same time, I was dealing with my own health challenges.
That’s when it hit me:
If this system wasn’t working for my family… how many other women were quietly struggling too?
I knew I couldn’t keep doing things the same way and expect different results.
So I did what nurses and mothers do best. I went searching. I studied. I tested. I failed. I reflected on my own and others' success and failure. I tried again. And then I found it.
The big thing that barely gets talked about in traditional healthcare—yet became the very thing that changed everything for me and my children.
What I realized...
The healthcare system is incredible at crisis care. But when it comes to long-term healing, prevention, and whole-body wellness, women are often left piecing things together on their own.
Once I focused on what was actually driving our health issues, everything began to shift.
My health improved. My daughters’ skin healed.
And for the first time, I felt empowered instead of overwhelmed.
Now, my mission is simple:
To empower and educate women to make healthier, informed choices — for themselves and their children — so they don’t have to wait for a breaking point to take control of their health.
You deserve more than temporary fixes. You deserve answers. You deserve support.
And you deserve to feel confident in the choices you’re making for your family.
If you’re a mom who feels like something is off…
If you’re tired of managing symptoms instead of solving the problem…
If you want a healthier future for yourself and your children—
You’re in the right place.

Currently also working on a book... for those who've experienced TRAUMA.
And want to know how to thrive in the midst of it.
It is said that we will experience at least 1 traumatic event at one point in our lifetime. You know trauma is more than physical. It's not only about the trauma that breaks us, but a lot of times is also what we make out of those experiences. In 2024, an unexpected traumatic event happened that made me look at life differently. The role of a caregiver, a woman, a wife, a mother is so important in this life changing event. We have to give ourselves what we needed so we can show up for the ones we love. The lessons in life were not meant to break us, but make us realized that there is more from within.
This book is for the woman who survived something she never planned for—and still had to keep going. It’s about learning how to care for yourself while caring for everyone else, and discovering that trauma may change you, but it doesn’t get to define or diminish you.
